Cricket Selection Policy

Below and attached confirms the clubs policy toward selection of members for our playing sides.

• Firstly, we select on our belief/understanding of relative abilities.
• Secondly, on how available players are now and in the future.
• Thirdly, the attitude the member brings to both the game, towards the opposition/officials and before/after the game.
• Lastly, your ability and attendance to training sessions.
